Refund and Return Policy
Returns:
Holistic Herbals has a strict "NO RETURNS" policy. Due to the sanitary aspect of our product, we do not accept returns. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Refunds:
We take great pride in our products. If you feel you've received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once. If Holistic Herbals verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Holistic Herbals will then exchange or replace the item. If the customer selects a product in exchange for greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item and shipping. Note: Please keep in mind some of Holistic Herbals products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch. If you are not satisfied with your order don't hesitate to contact us.
Note: If we do decide to provide a refund we do not credit back the shipping that was paid only for the product itself.
