Q: What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?
A: We recommend discontinuing use immediately and contact your physician. They can provide you details on what ingredients you may have had a reaction to. Holistic Herbals are not responsible for any reactions that occur when using Holistic Herbals products.
Q: How do I check if a product has a certain ingredient?
A: Currently we do not have a list of products that contain a certain ingredient. Please visit the product page and check the ingredient list for the product you are interested in.

Q: What are the forms of payment you accept?
A: We accept United States Based Cards: credit, debit, and gift cards. These must be issued with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logos.
Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: Yes, we do accept PayPal
Q: I received an error message that my order cannot be completed but I was still charged. Why?
A: When your card is reviewed and declined, the funds are placed on hold instead of completing the transaction. This may be due to the payment information being entered is incorrect or an invalid payment option is being used. Your funds will return to your card within 3-5 business days. If you do not see the funds back in your account after that time, please contact your card company for further information.
Q: If you accept Paypal, can I use my Paypal account that has my international card attached to it?
A: No, It must be United States currency tied to a United States billing address to process an order.
Q: Do you accept money orders?
A: No, we do not accept money orders. Please see above for the payments we accept.
Q: Can you provide me discount a code for my order?
A: Our discounts are applied during promotions. Please follow us on our social media pages or signup for our email listing for announcements or upcoming promotions.

Q: I only received a partial order. Where is the rest of my order?
Don’t worry!
In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we went on and shipped what we had on hand. We receive shipments regularly and will be fulfilling the rest of your order soon. We’ll be sure to send you the other tracking number as soon as possible!
Q: I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from Holistic Herbals within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

Q: I placed and order but I haven't seen any movement from Holistic Herbals, What's going on?
If you see no movement it may have not been shipped yet, or we are still fulfilling your order; but no worries! As soon as it does we will be sure to send tracking. As a reminder, all orders may take up to 14 days for processing as stated at the top of our website.

Q: After I place my order, When will my order ship?
A: All orders have up to 7 business days ( Mon-Fri ) lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has been placed. All orders are shipped via USPS. Business days DO NOT include Saturday and Sunday.
Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 7-14 business days upon receipt of the order. Shipping method applies after order has been placed.
Q: How come the tracking number isn't working?
A: If your package just shipped, please allow 1-2 business days for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.
Q: Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
A: We only offer shipping options at this time. We do not have a store front for pick up orders. If you need to pick up products, please attend any of our pop-ups.
Q: I have a rushed order. Can it be delivered Saturday?
A: Shipping times are based on Monday-Friday deliveries.
Q: The tracking shows the packaged was delivered but I didn't receive my package. what if I have a lost or stolen package?
A: Once a order has shipped, Holistic Herbals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. The customer must enter a safe and accurate shipping address when entering their shipping address. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Once an order has shipped and the tracking number becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pickup at the holding facility.

A: All orders are shipped within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Q: How do I receive free shipping on my orders?
A: To qualify for free shipping, your order must reach $50 before tax or shipping is applied, and after a discount has been applied. The discount will be shown once the order is calculated and the discount code below is used.

Q: How do I update/cancel my order.
